Pithon-Paille Mozaik White

Crafted in the Anjou subregion of the Loire Valley, France, Pithon-Paillé "Mozaik" Blanc is an exceptional, terroir-driven Chenin Blanc that reflects a mosaic of prime organic vineyard sites across the region. Winemakers Jo Pithon and Isabelle Paillé are pioneers of sustainable and natural viticulture in the Loire, sourcing grapes for this cuvée from organically farmed plots rooted in volcanic schist, sandstone, and clay-limestone soils. Vinified using indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and seasoned French oak barrels, the wine undergoes slow aging on its fine lees to build texture, depth, and structural complexity while maintaining a crystalline, mineral-driven backbone.
