Chateau Vartely Pinot Noir

Château Vartely Pinot Noir is an expressive, delicate, and fresh red wine produced from handpicked grapes grown in the central Codru region of Moldova. Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to preserve primary fruit purity, it shows a luminous light-ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it displays vibrant aromatics of fresh wild raspberries, overripe strawberries, red cherries, and delicate dried herbs. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied with juicy fruit flavors, refreshing natural acidity, and fine, silky tannins that lead into a clean, smooth finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with tomato bruschetta, roasted chicken, grilled pork chops, duck breast, wild mushroom ragù, lentil curry, and mild soft cheeses.
