About the Pilgrim Shiraz
A rich and approachable South African Shiraz with ripe blackberry, plum and dark cherry flavours, complemented by pepper, spice and subtle earthy notes. The palate is smooth and generous, with balanced acidity and supple tannins.
Food Pairing: Grilled steak, lamb, sausages, burgers and hearty roasted meats.
