Brilliant ruby red in color, this single-vineyard Etna Rosso reveals aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, rose petals, crushed herbs, and volcanic stone. The palate is elegant and finely structured with vibrant red fruit, savory complexity, and silky tannins supported by lively acidity. The finish is long, mineral-driven, and exceptionally refined.

Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb, roasted poultry, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, tuna dishes, and aged cheeses.

Pale to medium ruby-garnet hue. A very mineral nose with crushed stones, iron, some bitter oranges, wild herbs and savory berries. Huge tannins and high acidity on an austere palate with a full body and a mineral-driven finish. Lots of bones and tension here, but no heft. Drinkable now, but better in two years. A mineral and more Barolo-like Etna Rosso.
