Pietradolce Etna Bianco 2024 is a vibrant, mineral-driven white wine crafted from 100% Carricante grapes grown on the volcanic, northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Sourced from pre-phylloxera bush vines planted at high altitudes, the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure varietal expression and mountain terroir. In the glass, it shows a pale yellow hue with greenish reflections, opening with expressive aromas of fresh citrus oils, green apple, pear, white flowers, and crushed stone. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and precise, featuring a creamy yet crisp texture, energetic acidity, and a distinctive, saline-infused finish with hints of bitter lemon.
