Pierre Huet Vieille Reserve 8 Year Old Calvados Pays d'Auge is a traditionally crafted French apple brandy from the Pays d'Auge appellation, matured for a minimum of eight years in oak barrels. Produced from cider that undergoes complete fermentation before traditional double distillation in a copper pot still, this elegant Calvados combines fresh and cooked apple character with floral notes, gentle spice, minty freshness, and a distinctive salted-butter caramel finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is the youngest of Pierre Huet's Calvados expressions specifically intended as a digestif.

Food Pairing: Apple tart, tarte Tatin, Camembert, aged Normandy cheeses, roasted pork with apples, caramel desserts, dark chocolate, and toasted nuts.
