Double-distilled on the lees in un-jacketed copper pot stills to preserve intense aromatic richness, this expression features a unique blend of Ugni Blanc alongside a rare proportion of traditional Colombard grapes. Maturing for an average of 10 years in small French oak casks housed in the humid cellars of the estate, Ambre is renowned for its light, golden-amber color, graceful elegance, and pronounced floral bouquet reminiscent of vine flowers, plum, pear, and subtle vanilla.
