Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos Saint Jean is 100% Chardonnay from an historic Chassagne climat. Biodynamically grown grapes are hand harvested and whole-cluster pressed, followed by barrel fermentation and 18 months on lees, including 10 months in Burgundy barrels.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with butter-roasted turbot, seared scallops, truffle risotto, and herb-roasted chicken.
