A powerful, meticulously crafted Spanish red wine from renowned oenologist Isaac Fernández Montaño. Sourced from 30-to-50-year-old high-altitude vines in Ribera del Duero, this 100% Tempranillo is aged for 28 months in French oak barrels followed by 18 months in the bottle, yielding a complex profile of blackberry liqueur, cassis, balsamic undertones, cocoa, and sweet mineral spice.
Food Pairing: This rich, deeply structured red wine pairs beautifully with rack of lamb, braised beef cheek, wild game meats, or aged cheddar cheese.
