About the Peter Wetzer Rose
Peter Wetzer Rose combines predominantly Pinot Noir with a small portion of Kekfrankos for added structure. Brief skin contact precedes fermentation in tank, followed by a year in barrel, creating a distinctive expression positioned between traditional rose and red wine with notable depth and structure.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast pork, grilled chicken thighs, mushroom dishes, and smoked sausages.
