Persian Empire XO 9 Year Old Brandy

Persian Empire XO 9 Year Old Brandy is a Canadian brandy produced from a blend of international and local Canadian wine, triple distilled and matured for nine years in oak barrels under temperature-controlled conditions. Made with Ontario spring water and bottled at 40% ABV, it develops a smooth, mature character with oak, vanilla, caramel, and warm spice. Its colour comes naturally from oak maturation, with the producer stating that no artificial colour or flavour is added.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate, caramel desserts, aged cheeses, roasted nuts, dried fruit, apple tart, and rich after-dinner pastries.

Tasting Notes: Exceptionally smooth and mature, combining oak influence with vanilla, caramel, and spice.
