Chateau de La Perriere Prelude Brouilly is a fresh and fruit-driven Cru Beaujolais crafted from Gamay grown on the eastern parcels of the estate. Vinified primarily in concrete tanks to preserve purity, it offers vibrant red berry fruit, floral aromas, soft tannins, and a lively, juicy finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled pork, burgers, pizza, or semi-soft cheeses.
