About the Peri Peri Inzolia Vicere 2023 750ml
The first historical traces of Inzolia link this elegant vine from Sicily, with vibrant and expressive organoleptic notes, to the period of the Viceroys, regents of the Spanish crown who dominated the Sicilian island between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries.
The Inzolia VICERÈ, with its characteristic straw yellow color, presents a delicate and aromatic bouquet with citrusy notes of grapefruit, along with hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by herbal and white flower notes. On the palate, it reveals citrus undertones like lemon and lime, a lively acidity with interesting mineral notes and hints of wet stones. It has a medium body, balanced with long persistence.
VICERÈ pairs well with various dishes, such as fish and light pasta dishes. It is worth trying with “pasta con le sarde” (pasta with sardines).
