Penelope Cooper Series Rio 2024 is a limited-release straight bourbon finished in two distinctive cask types: American honey barrels and Brazilian Amburana barrels. Bottled at 49% ABV, the 2024 release combines sweet honey and cinnamon-roll aromas with gingerbread, honey nectar and baking spice, followed by a savory, lingering finish of honey and spice.

Food Pairing: Smoked brisket, barbecue ribs, aged cheddar, roasted nuts, gingerbread, cinnamon pastries, or caramel desserts with honey and warming spices.
