Peller Estates Signature Series Brix 50 Vidal Icewine 2021 is a rare, ultra-concentrated, and decadent dessert wine produced by Peller Estates in the Niagara Peninsula. Crafted from 100% Vidal Blanc grapes hand-harvested while naturally frozen on the vine at extreme cold temperatures, this special release achieves a natural sugar level of 50 Brix at pressing. Golden in the glass, it delivers an intense bouquet of candied orange peel, dried apricot, wildflower honey, tropical mango, and sweet marmalade. On the rich, unctuous palate, deep layers of peach preserve and caramelized pineapple are exquisitely counterbalanced by vibrant, cleansing natural acidity, concluding with a remarkably long, luxurious finish.
