Pehu-Simonet Face Nord Millesime is a vintage Grand Cru Champagne crafted primarily from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay sourced from exceptional vineyards in Verzenay, Verzy, and Sillery. Extended lees ageing reveals aromas of citrus, baked apple, brioche, toasted almond, and chalky minerality with remarkable depth, finesse, and a long, elegant finish.
