Peddlers Gin Co. Shanghai Craft Gin is an artisanal craft gin inspired by the diversity and culinary heritage of Shanghai. Distilled in small batches with 11 organic botanicals sourced from across China and Asia, it balances classic juniper with distinctive notes of Sichuan pepper, Buddha's hand citrus, lotus flower, and Tianshan almonds.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, steamed dim sum, spicy Sichuan cuisine, grilled seafood, sushi, and charcuterie with goat cheese.
