Peddlers Gin Co. Salted Plum Gin is an artisanal Chinese craft gin inspired by traditional Suanmeitang (salted plum drink). Made by infusing Peddlers Shanghai Craft Gin with salted dark plums (Wumei), hawthorn berries, liquorice root, and dried orange peel, it presents an East Asian interpretation of classic sloe gin, delivering a complex profile of sweet, tart, salty, and subtle spice notes.

Food Pairing: Peking duck, barbecued pork (char siu), dim sum, roasted nuts, sharp cheeses, and dark chocolate desserts.
