Pechotierra Maguey Verde Mezcal is an artisanal Mexican agave spirit ("vino del norte") produced by maestro vinatero Jorge Luis Torres Casas in Laguna de Sánchez, Nuevo León. Crafted from 100% wild Maguey Verde (Agave americana), the agave hearts are pit-roasted with oak and mesquite, wild-fermented with local pulque, and double-distilled in traditional copper stills. It presents a vibrant, complex profile featuring sweet roasted agave, crisp green herbs, subtle lactic notes, and gentle mesquite smoke.

Food Pairing: Grilled seafood, ceviche, roasted pork carnitas, fresh goat cheese, and dark chocolate desserts.
