Paul Thomas Sancerre Silex is a terroir-driven Loire Valley white wine crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on prized silex soils in Sancerre. Fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel, it reveals citrus, white peach, flint, and smoky mineral notes with exceptional precision and a long, vibrant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with oysters, lobster, grilled sea bass, sushi, goat cheese, and shellfish.
