Paul John Madeira Select Cask

Paul John Madeira Select Cask is an unpeated Indian Single Malt Whisky from Goa, India. Finished in Madeira wine casks, it combines Paul John’s tropical malt character with rich fruit, caramel, roasted-nut and oak notes.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate, roasted nuts, aged cheese, fruitcake, grilled meats and caramel desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich cherry, plum, Manuka honey, peach, orange zest, caramel, chocolate, tropical fruit and roasted nuts.

Nose: Rich cherry and plum sauce with Manuka honey, sweet peach, orange zest, caramel pudding and chocolate.

Palate: Sweet and creamy with ripe tropical fruits, salted caramel and warm roasted nuts.

Finish: Complex, full-bodied and long with crisp oak.

Serve: Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
