Pattes Loup Chablis Premier Cru Beauregard is a 100% Chardonnay produced by Thomas Pico from organically farmed vines in Courgis. Grown on the limestone-rich soils of Chablis, Beauregard produces a concentrated and textured expression with orchard fruit, citrus, mineral notes, lively acidity and a persistent saline finish.
