Sourced from high-altitude vineyards on Monte Calvarino in the Soave Classico zone—where volcanic basalt soils lend a distinct mineral edge—this iconoclastic wine is a blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon Blanc. Edition 4 combines four exceptional harvests (2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021). A portion of the wine undergoes maceration with grape skins followed by maturation in French oak barriques and tonneaux with frequent bâtonnage (lees stirring), creating an extraordinarily complex, age-worthy white that boldly challenges traditional winemaking conventions.
