A beautifully vibrant, pure, and eco-conscious Spanish white wine crafted by winemakers Marta Casas and María Elena Jiménez at Parés Baltà. Sourced from 100% organically and biodynamically farmed old vines grown at an impressive altitude of over 600 meters in the highest reaches of Penedès, this single-varietal Garnatxa Blanca (Grenache Blanc) undergoes a brief, three-month maturation on its fine lees in stainless steel. It yields a generous, texturally complex profile of ripe pears, candied white fruit, and bright citrus zest, seamlessly underscored by delicate almond notes, creamy undertones, and a remarkably fresh, mineral-driven acidity.
