About the Parallel 49 Filthy Dirty IPA 6 Cans
Parallel 49 Filthy Dirty IPA is an West Coast IPA produced by Parallel 49 Brewing Company in Vancouver, British Columbia. Brewed with a heavy dose of West Coast hop varieties including Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra, it delivers a punchy combination of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit flavors offset by a sturdy malt backbone and a assertive hop bitterness.
Food Pairing: Spicy Indian curries, fish tacos, sharp cheddar cheese, grilled burgers, buffalo wings, and carrot cake.
Tasting Notes : Deep copper to amber with a slightly hazy body and a medium-bodied, resinous, and crisp mouthfeel.
Nose : Bold and aromatic, featuring prominent scents of pine resin, grapefruit peel, dank herbs, sweet caramel malt, and subtle mango.
Palate : Full-flavored and bitter, delivering forward notes of grapefruit, dank pine, and tropical fruit balanced by a rich caramel malt backbone.
Finish : Long, dry, and intensely bitter with lingering pine and citrus zest notes.
Serve : Serve cold at 45–50°F (7–10°C) in an IPA glass or tulip glass to accentuate its hop aromatics.
