About the Paradigm Napa Merlot
A rich and polished Napa Valley Merlot with aromas of blackberry, plum, cocoa, and cedar. Smooth layers of dark cherry, mocha, vanilla, and spice unfold across a medium to full-bodied palate balanced by silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a long elegant velvety finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted duck, filet mignon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, aged cheeses, braised beef, and truffle pasta.
