Pamplemousse Jus Foch Nouveau is a British Columbia red made entirely from Marechal Foch sourced from Celista Vineyard in the Shuswap. Five days of carbonic maceration precede pressing into neutral barrels, producing a juicy natural wine with vibrant dark-fruit character and an energetic profile.
