About the Tenuta del Pajaru Paritaru Negroamaro 2024
Tenuta del Pajaru Paritaru Negroamaro 2024 is a bold, intensely rich, and full-bodied red wine that perfectly captures the sun-drenched terroir of Southern Italy. It pours a deep, almost impenetrable ruby color and opens with a powerful, persistent bouquet of dark fruit, featuring prominent notes of blackberry jam, black cherries, and ripe plums. These fruit aromas are seamlessly interwoven with complex nuances of baking chocolate, cloves, leather, and an appealing earthiness. On the palate, it is beautifully concentrated and smooth, delivering layered flavors of dark berries, toasted oak, and dark chocolate. The wine is balanced by soft, approachable tannins and a dense, mouthcoating texture, leading to a long, warm, and spicy finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with hearty meat stews, roasted lamb, slow-cooked beef, rich and savory pasta dishes, and mature, aged cheeses.
91 Points - James Suckling
