Sourced from pristine Grand Cru plots situated on the stony limestone slopes bridging Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, this rare wine showcases the immense depth, concentration, and structural tension that define PYCM’s legendary style. Pierre-Yves utilizes whole-cluster pressing, natural fermentations with no battonage, and long aging in larger 350-liter oak barrels (demi-muids) sealed with wax, preserving electric freshness and raw site expression while shielding the wine against premature oxidation.
