Ournac Freres Petite Syrah Le Braque is a limited-production natural red made from Petite Syrah (Durif). Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts, revealing blackberry, blueberry, black pepper, violet, and savory spice with firm structure, fresh acidity, and a long, concentrated finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, smoked brisket, lamb chops, venison, barbecue, aged cheddar, and blue cheese.
