Ournac Freres Mourvedre Melasse 1ere Qualite is a limited-production natural red made from Mourvedre. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts before extended barrel aging, creating aromas of blackberry, black olive, herbs, and spice with firm structure, freshness, and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled lamb, duck confit, braised beef, game meats, mushroom dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
