Ournac Freres Carignan Blanc Melasse 1ere Qualite is a limited-production natural white wine made from old-vine Carignan Blanc. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it offers citrus, white peach, floral notes, saline minerality, and impressive texture with a long, fresh finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with oysters, grilled fish, scallops, roast chicken, creamy pasta, goat cheese, and seafood risotto.
