The 2021 O'Shaughnessy Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterfully balanced blend sourced from three prestigious estate vineyards: Howell Mountain, Mount Veeder, and Oakville. This vintage is characterized by its elegance and precision, born from a low-yielding year that intensified flavours and structural depth. It features an expressive bouquet of ripe black cherries, cassis, and spiced plum, accented by signature notes of graphite, cedar, and savory herbs. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and remarkably polished, showcasing a silky texture with fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that suggests a long potential for aging.
