A rich and polished Tuscan red with layers of blackberry, black currant, ripe plum, sweet spice, tobacco and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied and velvety, with structured tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with roasted beef, grilled lamb, wild game, braised meats and aged cheeses.

This is a dense and powerful red with lots of currant and blackberry aromas. Full body and creamy tannins, yet ripe and pretty. Lovely length and beauty. Needs a year or two to come together. Try after 2020.

A dark and standoffish red today, this nonetheless features depth and intensity to the blackberry, black cherry, iron, cigar box and wild herb flavors. Offering a touch of oak spice, this is supported by a dense matrix of tannins, finding equilibrium in the end. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Best from 2022 through 2033. 2,500 cases made, 500 cases imported.
