A dark cardinal core with a ruby rim, the 2023 Palermo stands poised in the glass as classic Napa Valley Cabernet notes of ripe black currant, blueberry reduction, licorice , graphite and cedar mingle together from within. A seamless, steadfast entry of intensity with more blackcurrant, blackberry and a touch of dark chocolate lead into a layered and textured mid-palate. Dusty, nostalgic tannins on the finish round off the wine with a touch of lingering espresso bean.
