Sourced from 50 to 60-year-old, organically farmed Parellada vines in Cabra del Camp, this unique skin-contact white wine relies on the grape's naturally long ripening cycle to yield low alcohol and vibrant freshness. It delivers a striking pale amber hue and opens with an expressive, aromatic bouquet of citrus peels, wild mountain herbs, and white floral blossoms, leading into a textured, beautifully energetic palate balanced by a light, savory grip and a clean mineral finish.
