A highly innovative, energetic, and uniquely structured natural Spanish rosé crafted by winemakers René Barbier Jr. and Sara Pérez under their collaborative project, Òrbita Venus. Uniting the white variety Macabeo with the native red grape Trepat from organically farmed old vines, this boundary-pushing rosé undergoes a rare eight months of aging under a delicate veil of flor yeast (velo en flor). It pours a beautiful, pale shimmering pink and reveals an evocative, slightly spicy bouquet of wild strawberries, fresh field peaches, and citrus blossoms, balanced by an elegant, texturally complex palate with a vibrant mineral drive.
