Òrbita Venus Macabeu Conca de Barberà

An exceptional, highly focused natural Spanish white wine crafted by winemakers René Barbier Jr. and Sara Pérez under their collaborative project, Òrbita Venus. Sourced from organically grown Macabeo vines cultivated by Carlania Celler in the limestone-rich soils of Conca de Barberà, it undergoes low-intervention vinification. Partially aged for eight months in amphorae and seasoned oak barrels, it pours a clear straw-yellow and reveals a complex bouquet of fresh citrus, almond blossoms, and yellow orchard fruits, unfolding into a textured, beautifully energetic palate with a distinctively clean, saline mineral finish.
