Open Coast Gin

Open Coast Gin is a handcrafted Canadian dry gin made on the east coast in Newfoundland and Labrador. Fresh juniper leads its aromatic profile, joined by lemon and other citrus notes, subtle florals, nutmeg, coriander and cracked pepper, creating a bright and distinctive coastal-inspired gin.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled seafood, fresh oysters, lemon-herb chicken, smoked salmon, or light savoury appetizers.
