Olga Raffault Chinon Les Peuilles is an elegant Cabernet Franc from Chinon grown on clay and flint soils near Beaumont-en-Veron. Aromas of cassis, raspberry, tobacco, violets, and flinty minerality lead to a supple palate with silky tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, goat cheese, and mushroom dishes.
