A 2021 Chenin Blanc with a generous texture and enveloping richness, revealing a complex and subtle aromatic evolution of ripe and candied fruits—pineapple, quince—enhanced by delicate honeyed notes. This expression is the result of gentle and slow vinification and aging, carried out at moderate temperatures in 500-liter barrels, made from wood that has already held one to three wines. The result is a delicate sweetness on the palate, harmoniously balanced by a dry and mineral structure, directly derived from the clay-limestone soils of the Picasses sector.
