Ole Blanco Tequila

Crafted in the high-elevation region of Los Altos (Highlands) in Jalisco, Mexico, Olé Tequila Blanco is an artisanal 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila crafted with an emphasis on organic agriculture and clean, modern presentation. Produced at Tequila Tierra de Agaves (NOM 1477), the 100% organic Blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana) is grown in iron-rich red clay soil, maturing for 7 to 9 years to build high concentration of natural sugars. The harvested piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone brick ovens (mampostería) to gently release their rich nectar, crushed using roller mills, and fermented in open-air stainless steel vats with natural yeasts. Double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this unaged expression is bottled directly to highlight the clean, vibrant profile characteristic of highlands terroir—delivering a balance of sweet cooked agave, bright tropical citrus, delicate white floral aromas, and crisp black pepper warmth.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche with mango, fish tacos with lime crema, grilled shrimp, fresh goat cheese crostini, guacamole with cilantro, or dark chocolate with sea salt.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with brilliant clarity, a smooth medium body, and clean, fast-moving tears.

Nose: Fresh, bright, and fruit-forward, opening with sweet cooked agave, fresh lime zest, and white floral blossoms, supported by subtle green apple, lemongrass, and damp red soil minerality.
