Old Pulteney Port Single Malt Scotch is a limited-edition Highland single malt from the distillery's Coastal Series, bringing together the maritime character of Scotland's northern coast with the rich fruitiness of Portuguese Port wine casks. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks before undergoing further maturation in Ruby Port pipes and barriques from the Douro Valley, this expression offers layers of baked apple, candied orange, ripe plums and creamy vanilla. Bottled at 46% ABV, it balances warming cinnamon spice and rich fruit sweetness with Old Pulteney's signature coastal salinity.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate truffles, roasted duck, aged Gouda, caramelized figs, spiced fruitcake, berry tart or cinnamon pastries.
