Matured for 18 years, this exquisite expression is initially aged in second-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in first-fill Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts. This dual maturation introduces a decadent layer of rich chocolate, Christmas cake sweetness, and deep baking spices to Old Pulteney's legendary coastal, sea-salt identity. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or added coloring, it beautifully balances mature sherry complexity with a vibrant, refreshing marine character.

Food Pairing: The exquisite sweet-and-saline nature of this 18-year-old malt pairs wonderfully with rich seafood dishes like smoked salmon or pan-seared scallops. It also beautifully complements nutty, aged cheeses such as Manchego and Comté, or sweet desserts like dark chocolate truffles and salted caramel tarts.

TASTING NOTES - A rich, natural copper-amber hue. The texture is noticeably thick, oily, and luxuriously mouth-coating on the palate.

NOSE - Deep and highly aromatic, opening with creamy vanilla and milk chocolate, followed by rich honey, orange marmalade, baked apples, and a distinct thread of coastal sea air.
