Douglas Laing Old Particular Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old 2007 # DL16490

Old Particular Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old 2007 is a distinctive Islay single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Douglas Laing. Distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in a refill hogshead, this limited single-cask expression offers a rich combination of coastal character and smoky depth. Maritime aromas of sea salt and earthy peat lead into toasted malt, savoury smoke and salted caramel sweetness, while hints of cocoa, citrus marmalade and warming spice emerge through the finish. Bottled at 48.4% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, it presents a bold and complex interpretation of Bunnahabhain's character.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, grilled oysters, barbecued pork, aged cheddar, salted caramel desserts, dark chocolate or smoked almonds.
