About the Old Monk Gold Reserve 12 Year Old Rum
Old Monk Gold Reserve is a more sophisticated version of the popular 7-year-old rum Old Monk, which comes from India. Gold Reserve is made from molasses and matures in oak barrels for 12 years. It is a slightly drier rum compared to the 7-year-old version, yet it has a fuller taste with complex tones of cinnamon, cloves and chocolate.
