Crafted under the direction of Master Taster Melissa Rift, this expression comprises 103 barrels filled on May 5, 2011, aged for 12 years on the 5th floor of Warehouse I, and presented at 96 proof (48% ABV). Distilled from Old Forester’s signature mashbill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, the 2023 batch offers a distinct profile combining bright candied citrus, rich turbinado sugar, dark honey, and seasoned oak character.
