Officer's Choice Blue Indian Whisky

Officer's Choice Blue is an Indian blended whisky from Allied Blenders & Distillers, combining selected Indian grain spirits with Scotch malts to create a smooth and approachable style. Bottled at 42.8% ABV, it balances caramel and cereal sweetness with dried fruit, gentle peat and woody nuances, resulting in an easy-drinking whisky with a pleasantly lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Pair with chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, grilled meats, roasted peanuts, aged cheddar or spicy Indian appetizers.
