Oenops Wines Vidiano

Crafted by acclaimed winemaker Nikos Karatzas at Oenops Wines in Drama, Northern Greece, this expressive white wine highlights Vidiano, one of Crete's most prestigious indigenous grape varieties. Sourced from selected old-vine parcels grown at high altitudes to preserve cool-climate acidity, the grapes undergo wild yeast fermentation and aging across a combination of amphorae, oak barrels, and concrete tanks. This low-intervention, multi-vessel approach preserves pure grape aromatics while imparting textural richness.
