Pierre Graffeuille et Matthieu Dumarcher Odyssee 2019 is an expressive Vin de France red blend combining Bordeaux and Rhone varieties. Concentrated blackberry, plum, cassis, spice, violets, and garrigue are supported by velvety tannins, vibrant freshness, and an exceptionally long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, roast venison, mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses.

Such a fetching nose full of spices, showing lots of cumin, tangy peppercorn, fresh blackberries and blueberries. Medium-bodied with a tangy profile of spice and blue fruit. Creamy, fine-grained tannins provide a seamless grip through the finish. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Mourvedre. Irresistible now but capable of further aging.
